Findings have revealed that the sudden demise of Honourable Raphael Oloye Nomiye, the representative of the Ilaje/ Ese Odo Federal Constituency of Ondo State might have occurred after a sexual encounter with a female banker who was believed to be one of his account officers in his private residence in 2nd Avenue, Gwarimpa, Abuja.
According to some of the Honourable’s neighbours, the lady reportedly rushed down to inform the lawmaker’s security details that “oga just fell down and is vomiting blood.”
By the time the security officers entered Hon Nomiye’s bedroom, he was found on the floor with a towel around his waist as he bled from the mouth. He was rushed in his official car, a Toyota Camry with registration number “148B REP” to a private clinic in the neighbourhood. The Doctors at the clinic were said to have told them that it was more than what they could handle, thus prompting the movement of the Honourable to the National Hospital. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
